Dear Pisces, this week your Astrologer is taking a much‑needed vacation but first I have covered for you the highlights of this challenging week. This week perhaps we should follow the Zen practice: “Before Enlightenment chop wood carry water, after Enlightenment, chop wood carry water.”
On Monday, the intensity of an important and stressful aspect between Mars and Uranus will peak. Since this Cosmic Clash will send out vibrations for the next ten days, you may want to choose your battles wisely or remind yourself that the winner is often the one who chooses to walk away.
Hazy Neptune also chimes in on Monday, clouding everyone’s judgment. If you feel that you are being forced into making a final decision or an agreement, you may want to summon those procrastination skills and remind yourself that sometimes ‘no’ or “get back to me tomorrow” are also options.
By Friday, defiant Uranus will bring up a few uncomfortable (but ultimately liberating) personal or financial truths. You would be wise to pay attention to these, but put off decisions or actions until next week. Because everyone is confused, overwrought or frazzled, you could capitalize on this Cosmic Warning by becoming the calm in the eye of the storm.
Amidst all this cosmic uproar, two excellent transits that could help you stabilize relationships and improve your communication skills will launch their new journeys.
The winged messenger, Mercury, moves in with logical Virgo for the next three weeks. Take advantage of this compatible transit: if you have a presentation to make or wish to make a personal impression, start redrafting your résumé or reciting your pitch. Words will become your strongest tool for building stronger relationships, success at work and redefining family ties. If you stay in the present during this transit, you can win friends, influence those in power or move someone’s heart with your loving words.
Mars, the planet of passion and war, will be under the influence of the gracious partnership sign of Libra until August. This powerful duo will encourage everyone to re‑examine relationships (personal, family and professional), resolve conflicts and perhaps make a serious commitment to work on changing the dynamics of certain connections. Do remember that Libra is a realist. If a relationship is over, the love goddess Venus will not mince words ‑ she will send a strong message that it’s time to move on.
Sunday brings peaceful skies, and no matter whether you have an important date, a family obligation or work to do, take an hour (or two) for yourself. Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with a little self‑indulgent treat: sleep, quiet meditation or ice cream.
