There is a sensual pleasure in holding a beautiful gem. Perhaps this is due to the fact that gems, like us, were created by nature and we feel a primal link with their energy. There are those who believe that Gems emit their own power. For example, the curse of the Hope Diamond or the Luck of Green Jade. Gemstones may or may not transmit their own energy force,but if wearing a gemstone on a certain day enhances your awareness and reminds you to tap into your own power, who is to say where our personal power begins and the Gempower ends.
